DesignAgency’s scope for the $100-million reimagination of The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami comprises interior design of all public spaces and three food and drink destinations. Our sister agency, StudioDA, handled branding design for four food and drink venues. Inspired by Key Biscayne's lush landscapes and mid-century glamour, our design expresses the brand's renowned luxury in fresh new ways. Interiors feature soft natural tones and textures, abundant greenery, and clean-lined furniture that establish a breezy but sophisticated atmosphere. Throughout the project, showstopping design gestures, from grand statement lighting to intricate millwork, help write the next chapter in The Ritz-Carlton’s legacy of luxury.

A soaring, light-filled lobby frames the Atlantic through triple-story glass, while the revived Rum Bar anchors a space that stays lively without feeling crowded.

The Ritz-Carlton Spa

Our design for the spa at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne is inspired by the surrounding landscape of mangroves and limestone. The Ritz-Carlton Spa takes its guests on a journey of tranquility and rejuvenation, enhanced by a calming palette of stone, oak, limewashed walls and terracotta accents.
