Majordomo Meat & Fish, David Chang’s second restaurant and bar in Las Vegas, located in the Palazzo at The Venetian, treats guests to a dreamy atmosphere established through soft lighting, a simple outlook, a neutral color palette and clean-lined furniture and fixtures.

Offering an alternative atmosphere to Momofuku Las Vegas (designed by DesignAgency in 2017), and expanding on the brand aesthetic that DesignAgency first developed for Majordomo Los Angeles in 2018, Majordomo Meat & Fish offer guests intimate and exciting connections to the kitchen and the food within its 11,000 square feet of hospitality space including bar-side dining, fixed seating with table-side trolley service, and a private dining room.

Across the corridor from Majordomo Meat & Fish, Moon Palace presents a completely new concept: a casual outpost for those seeking a more informal or to-go experience. Here the design team juxtaposed Majordomo Meat & Fish’s rich palette with similar materials but in light colours to establish a light and breezy feeling.
